Elm-pt offers complimentary standard shipping on orders above €400 within in Europe and above €250 within in the nethelands. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. World wide shipment: €50. All orders are delivered by UPS saver or DHL And requires a signature.

Our delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. During the holiday periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times. When placing your order please ensure that your address details are correct. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

Taxes and duties

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery duty paid). For countries outside the European Union are shipped on DDU(delivered duty unpaid).

Insurance

Elm-pt insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. For security reasons, Elm-pt require a signature upon delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery. Elm-pt will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed at the designated delivery address.
