Returns
ELM-PT has a 14 day return or exchange policy. You have 14 days from when you order is delivered to ship back to us for a refund or exchange.
To Return or exchange please send a email to customercare@elm-pt.com with the following information;
To Return: Name, Order number, Order email and Zipcode.
To exchange: Name, Order number, the item you would like to exchange, which item you would like to receive, size and colour.
- please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition including tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
- All products that come in their own dust bags, boxes, garment bag must be provided as this is considered part of the product.
- Any parcel return after the prescribed timeframe our which doesn’t meet the above requirements shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted.
- ELM-PTis not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. ELM-PT cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel.
- Please note that pre-order and custom items cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

Refund
All returns that are shipped back within the 14 days time period will be refunded to your payment method. Once your order has been receipted and inspected please allow 14 workings days for a refund. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.
