Payments

The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your orders has been placed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your payment is accepted with the invoice and the details of your order. Once we have shipped the order you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code.

The following payments are accepted:

Credit card

We accept almost every creditcard, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. Visa and MasterCard  are verified by a secure code.

IDEAL

Pay by direct online transfer from you bank account. The option will be shown at the checkout. Provider by most of the (Dutch)banks.

Paypal

You can choose to pay with credit card or you already registered PayPal account.

Changing order

If you would like to change your order please send an email to customercare@elm-pt.com with item you would like to change and the replacement you would like to receive.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to customercare@elm-pt.com with the
item/order you would like to cancel. You have the right to cancel you order and receive a refund, you can cancel the product 24 hours after your purchase.
